Description:

The fourth HOMTech training school held at DTU in Denmark had the overall theme of quantum photonics. This included lectures on basic quantum optics, quantum light sources, quantum communication, and quantum information processing. Besides the main theme on quantum optics there were also lectures on mode converters and their characterization and non-linear interactions enabled by higher order modes. Finally for the transferable skills there were lectures on how to communicate scientific results to non-scientists.
