Registration is mandatory, but there is no participation fee. Only 10 seats are available for PhD students that are not HOMTech’s doctoral candidates; these will be assigned on a “first come, first served” basis. Registration can be done at this website:

The deadline for registration is 10th May 2024.
Hotel recommendation:
Hotel Elite Park Avenue, 1228 SEK per night June 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th.
The rooms are on hold for reservations until 4 weeks prior to arrival (2024-05-10).
After release date, reservations depend upon availability and with another rate.
