Description

The HOMTech/QuNEST Symposium was held at HOMTech partner, the University of L'Aquila, from 26 - 28 January, 2026. At this final event in the project, the HOMtech Doctoral Candidates had the opportunity to network with PhD students from another DN project, QuNEST. PhDs from both projects presented their work. There were also engaging sessions on: characterization and mode handling of HOM fibers; QKD systems; advanced schemes for QKD; and SDM transmission.
